我本人自學的CATTI口譯，LZ的困惑，我也有過。

1.看你個人能力，如果你看中口比較愜意了，可以先把中口背下來。然後高口作為練習，自己模擬一遍做做題。做做課文的口譯。口譯書還是要背的，背是種基礎，翻譯不靠背，但背的確讓我受益匪淺。。。我背的口譯書可不止一本。

2.中級口譯聽力書，唯一價值就是帶你熟悉下題型。沒別的了。至於高級口譯聽力，還是有一定難度的。尤其上來就做題那種考生，會很郁悶。因為高級聽力，比中級難了不止一個檔次。聽寫的書寫壓力也大了許多。多掌握些縮寫之類的，可以幫助自己緩解這方面壓力。

3.高口聽力，我個人還是推薦聽廣播。一來考試不考原文，口譯要的是融會貫通，題材越廣泛，越好，這點教材絕對比不了VOA之類的廣播來的好。
考試考英音。但BBC難度高於高口。其實無所謂。你聽會了，最後英音美音都可以聽。

The Brain vs. The Computer

Introcttion (around 30 sec)Throughout history, people have compared the brain to different inventions. In the past, the brain has been said to be like a water clock and a telephone switchboard. These days, the favorite invention that the brain is compared to is a computer. Some people use this comparison to say that the computer is better than the brain; some people say that the comparison shows that the brain is better than the computer. Perhaps, it is best to say that the brain is better at doing some jobs and the computer is
better at doing other jobs.

1. advantages of computer:
It is easier to fix a computer - just get new parts. There are no new or used parts for the brain. However, some work is being done with transplantation of nerve cells for certain neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease.

--The computer is faster at doing logical things and computations. However, the brain is better at interpreting the outside world and coming up with new ideas

2. advantages of human brain
--It is much easier and faster for the brain to learn new things. Yet, the computer can do many complex tasks at the same time ("multitasking") that are difficult for the brain. For example, try counting backwards and multiplying 2 numbers at the same time. However, the brain also does some multitasking using the autonomic nervous system. For example, the brain controls breathing, heart rate and blood pressure at the same time it performs a mental task.

Conclusion: computer is invented by human being, as human being have critical thinkin, while computer don't. there fore, human is much smarter than computer
