那要看你的每个100亿是不是都以美元计价，如果不是的话，总和当然就不是300亿美元啦。要进行汇率换算。

一般来说，如果一个公司在国外上市，依照当国的法律法规来说，是要以那个国家的货币进行计价的，比如说，美国的公司在我国大陆上市的话，是要以人民币计价的，在香港以港币计价，只有其母公司年末汇总的时候才以美元记入其会计报表。

所以你所说的，应该不是300亿，要进行汇率换算。

一个公司在不同的国家或地区上市，是要通过发行新的股份的。比如说中国石油在大陆上市，叫做A股；在香港上市，叫做H股；在纽约上市的叫N股；在新加坡上市的叫S股。计算上市公司的总市值时，要把不同种类的股票换算成相同的货币计价，然后求总和。
