由于我们是在学完所有专业课后才进行这次实习的,因此这次实习是比以往任何一次实习都更具有针对性和实践意义。在学完工程测量,桥梁工程,路基路面设计,等课程后,才开始实习的,通过这次实习,使我更充分地理解了专业知识学习,进而在今后的工作和学习中更好地掌握和运用专业技能。
首先,通过这次毕业实习,使我更深刻地了我们路桥专业知识。大学三年在学完专业基础课和专业课后,逐步具有了较扎实的专业知识,但在校期间所学的内容都是理论知识,除上课程认知识习和假期专业实习外,在实践中学习和运用已学理论知识还远不够。通过这次实习,我对以前学习和实习中存在的问题和不足有了正确的认识。
以前课本上学的知识都是最基础的内容,所运用的模型和原理也是最简单的类型。但随着我国建筑行业的日趋规范和完整以及人民群众对建筑安全、合理、经济的更高要求,工程上很容易出现各种问题和疑惑,如何快速正确地处理好这些问题?我想,那便是运用我们所学的知识和原理,根据问题具体找出“瓶颈”所在,找到突破口去解决好。其实,这些基本知识和原理很多我们都学过,但如何将他们联系起来,用于解决和、工程中的实际问题,则需要我们在实践中不断学习和总结。
“学以致用”的另一方面是“ 以小见大”。许多知识、原理往往是解决问题的关键。其次,通过这次毕业实习,使我更清醒地意识到施工管理的重要性。无论是从事设计还是施工或监理工作,我们都应该注重提高施工管理效率。这次毕业实习的几处工程单位,他们的先进管理理念和方法都值得我们学习。尤其是在莆田的工程实习时,给我的感受最深刻。
路桥施工管理要考虑的内容多,范围广,所要安排的工作任务量更大,但这直接关系到土建工程的进度和效率。印象最深刻的路桥工程,所以工作人员各司其职,各项工作开展的有条不紊,工人们在工地上忙碌但有序,施工员、安全员、监理员也是在施工现场步步不离,认真将施工工作效率提高到最佳,而项目工程负责人则在工地现场指导。因此各项工作都在计划进行中。
另外,施工管理还包含员工的技能培训,在莆田的仙港大道工程中实习,通过这些引入先进管理模式和科学管理方法,施工效率有了很大提高,这样十分有助于施工的连续性和可续性。
最后,通过这次毕业实习,使得我更全面地明白了今后的努力方向。其实,在这么短暂的毕业实习中真的很难学到更多的知识和技能。但是,在这几天的毕业实习中我从更全面的角度认清了今后所从事路桥工程工作所需努力的方向。正如在实习中许多老师和工人师傅们所说:“毕业后从事路桥工程工作,需要的是谦虚和学习”。
的确,从大学毕业走上新的工作岗位后,我们所面临的如同一张白纸,一切都是新的,一切都在等待我们去努力。因此,面对那么多长期从事路桥工程的同行前辈,他们工作经验比我们丰富,知识学的比我们扎实,学识比我们渊博,我们只有耐下心来,虚心向他们请教学习,我们才会有更大的进步,我们也才会在土木工程这一艰苦而又充满挑战的工作领域取得更大的收获。
另外,在这次毕业实习环节中,我也发现自己存在的一些不足和缺点,主要有以下三点:
一、专业知识掌握的不够全面。尽管大学三年中认真学习了专业知识,但是当前所掌握的知识面不够广,尚不能轻松胜任土木工程工作,因此,尽管即将走上工作岗位,但我应该将所从事的工作看作是新的学习的开始,只是在实践中学习,才会掌握更多专业知识和技能。
二、专业实践阅历远不够丰富。由于以前专业实习时间较少,因此很难将所学知识运用与实践中去,通过实践所获取的阅历更是很短缺。所以,今后我们在工作岗位上,一定要抓住机会,多向路桥工程工人师傅学习,同时要转换学习方法和态度,改变以往过于依赖老师的被动吸收学习方式,应主动积极向他人学习和请教,同时加强自学能力和驾驭解决难题的本领。
三、专业知识在工程中运用不够灵活。通过这次毕业实习,我切实感受到以前所学的专业知识运用欠灵活。这主要是对所学的知识没有形成一套完整的体系,这些零散的知识点运用起来很困难,因此,今后在学习和实践中应该重视积累和运用,使所学的知识由量变到质变,发挥更大的指导作用。
毕业实习很快就告一段落了,但通过这次短短的实习,我从只学到了许多以前在课本上难以学到的知识,这些新的收获,将对我们正在进行的毕业设计准备工作和即将走上岗位的工作具有更实际的指导意义。

分几块给你写吧,我认真的写希望楼主多加点分。
一富贵险中求。首先的多层次资本市场,包括主板、中小板、创业板、股份报价转让系统、各地产权交易所。我国多层次资本市场逐步创建也已经有几年了,主板无疑是风险最小的,接下来是中小板,说起中小板算是个相当中国化的产物,因为在国外找不到相对应的品种,而创业板最大的特点就是上市条件比主板要低,起点低当然风险就大,当然中国来说对上市条件要求还是相对很严格的。至于股份报价转让系统、各地产权交易所,一般投资者涉及不到,而且你主要说创业板,我就不展开说了。
二高成长魅力。虽然创业板风险相对要大许多,但是魅力就在高成长。为你的论文举个例子,2005.2006.2007年公司主营业务收入同比增幅40%并且同期净利润同比增幅也在40%的,A股公司只有10家,分别是002003.002024.002028.002097.002123.002202.600048.600582.600875而这10家中,有7家是中小板公司。再有就是网络和谷歌这两家公司在纳斯达克也是很好的对比。
三高成长提升市盈率。这个不用举例子,说说道理就行了。
四经营风险。小公司固然具备高增长优势,但是也有天然的缺陷,小公司在技术、市场、财务等风险冲击时,抗击打能力更弱,业绩不确定性更大,更容易出现夭折。从海外创业板市场来看很多公司的星期是依赖某一专利技术,当产品被市场接纳时公司欣欣向荣,但是一旦技术更新换代,这样的小公司没有更多的资金继续投入,原有产品的市场便会迅速萎缩。
五交易量风险。一个成功的证券市场,除了要求公司业绩优良,交易量也是不可少的,但是创业板的高风险会使得这个市场叫人不敢正视,而成交量的清淡会形成恶性循环,从海外市场的经验看,一些公司业绩还算可以,但是交易量持续低迷,这不是公司的失败,而是市场的失败。
六抛售风险。与主板公司相比,创业板公司会充斥着大量的风投,对于风投而言,抛售股票是坚决的,不存在长期投资的行为。因此创业板公司上市后,可能面临较大的抛售压力,这种压力有些类似大小非,如果没有资金接盘,股价可能大跌。
七说一说前车之鉴。目前全球有超过40家创业板,但真正成功的市场并不多,只有美国纳斯达克、英国AIM等少数市场还不错,大多数市场都持续低迷。以香港创业板为例,2000年推出后,各方瞩目,市场表现也不错,但是很快由于公司素质比较差,成交低迷等原因,指数迅速下降,一年多时间跌了90%。2002年底到2009年2月有1000跌到340。
